Isadora Laban, a Film Studies graduate with a passion for storytelling, began her journey in the Entertainment Industry at the SP International Film Festival. Her career quickly gained momentum, moving into the executive producing department for leading production houses in São Paulo, Brazil. With a Master’s Degree in Business and Producing for Filmmaking from London, she returned to São Paulo to produce major shows for HBO, FOX, and Viacom, making her mark with her distinct creative vision and expertise.
Recognized as a powerhouse in international storytelling, Isadora joined Netflix in Brazil before relocating to Spain, where she served as Creative Manager for Local Language Originals in Spain and Portugal, overseeing the creative process and launch of over 25 series, including The Asunta Case, Raising Voices, Breathless, Machos Alpha, amongst others. Her contributions to international content have earned her a spot in the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list, celebrating young visionaries, and a place in the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the organization behind the International Emmy Awards.
Now, as Brava House co-founder and executive producer, Isadora is dedicated to finding and elevating the next generation of captivating stories, blending innovation with authentic voices to engage audiences worldwide.
Tatiana Hernaiz is a multilingual content expert fluent in five languages, with over a decade of experience in television production, licensing, co-productions, and distribution. Her career spans key global markets across EMEA and beyond, giving her an in-depth understanding of the international media landscape and a strong network of top industry players.
Tatiana has worked with leading companies like Netflix, All3Media, and Banijay, gaining expertise in content acquisition, strategic partnerships, and sales across scripted, unscripted, and format genres. At Netflix, she led content acquisitions for Southern Europe, spearheading high-profile co-productions and elevating local content to the global stage.
Before that, at All3Media International, Tatiana drove licensing, business development, and sales of factual, drama, and format content in Southern Europe and representing their fantastic catalogue with IP's such as Kitchen Nightmares, Undercover Boss, Midsummer murders and Liar, among others. Her earlier roles at Banijay Endemol and Passion Distribution covered territories such as Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, deepening her expertise in regional market dynamics.
